Anwar Al Ardh for Solar Energy Generation was established in Jordan as a private shareholding company in 2014 registered under the number (993) with an authorized and paid in capital of JD 125,000.
The Company is owned by:
- European Jordanian for Renewable Energy Company.
- Scatec Solar ASA / Norway.
The Company’s main objectives are as follows:
• The design, development, financing, engineering, procurement, operation and maintenance of the 20 MW solar power generation plant in the city of Ma’an.
• The sale of the electric power generated from the Company's generation plant.
